What PFL is

PFL is an independent information and comparison service for futures prop firm traders. We publish firm rules, prices, promotions, and educational tools. We are not a prop firm, broker, or financial advisor, and we do not accept funds, execute trades, or manage accounts.

Accuracy

Firm rules, prices, and promotions change constantly. We verify information against each firm’s own published materials and date-stamp our checks, but we cannot guarantee any figure is current at the moment you read it. The firm’s own site and checkout are the final word. Always confirm price, rules, and fees there before paying. We are not liable for losses or costs arising from a firm’s changed rules or prices.

No financial advice

Everything on this site and our social channels is educational and informational only. Nothing is a recommendation to buy an evaluation, trade a strategy, or risk money. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss; most people who buy prop firm evaluations do not pass them and lose the fees they paid. See our Risk Disclaimer.

Intellectual property

The PFL name, logo, text, comparisons, grades, and tools are our property. Do not copy, scrape, or republish them commercially without written permission. Firm names and logos belong to their owners; we use them only to identify and compare their products, and no endorsement is implied by a firm unless we say so in writing.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no automated scraping that burdens the site, no misrepresenting our content as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PFL and its owner are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, the tools, or any purchase you make from a third-party firm.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the posted version governs. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
